Went to the beach but the wind seemed a lot like yesterday feeling strong on the top of the beach but down at sea level didn't feel much at all.
Also there wasn't anyone about not even any dog walkers and I can't do my wetsuit up by myself I decided to head back to England via Nant-yr-Arian for a spot more mountain biking.
I had a really good time I was the only cyclist on the hill a few foresty workers and that was it a really good ride before the long drive home
